Royse City Youth Sports Association


Welcome to Royse City Youth Sports Association 

 

The Royse City Youth Sports Association (RCYSA) is a volunteer-based, non-profit youth sport organization that was founded in 2020. The sole purpose of the organization is to provide quality sports and recreation for the children who reside in Royse City and surrounding areas. We promote year-round sports programs and provide the organization and leadership necessary to carry on such programs in the best interest and to the advantage of all participants. Our programs are open to all players of all levels and experience.

We currently offer Baseball, Soccer, Softball, and Tee ball sports programs.

RCYSA also works in conjunction with the City of Royse City, and the Royse City Independent School District, to provide a clean and safe recreational environment for all participants and volunteers.

NEW REGISTRATION WEBSITE

We will be moving to a new website for registration moving forward. We want all of our parents to get their children registered now on the new site. This will help us work through any challenges in preparation for the Fall season. Thank you for your participation.

Baseball, Softball, and Tee ball

SEASON PLAY-OFFS

Playoffs will be help between May 26 through June 8, 2025.  We are still working on which divisions will be played at each site on the specific dates.  More details will be posted as we finalize information.

END OF SEASON EVENTS

Following the completion of our regular season play, we provide post-season options within the league for the following events:

TOURNAMENT TEAMS

  • 6U teams will have a single tryout at a date to be determined
  • 8U and above teams will participate in open practices that will begin either the weekend of March 29th (for Softball) or April 5th (for Baseball).  Open Practice will continue every other weekend into May based on the alternating weekends of Softball then Baseball.  
  • These tournament teams will play in the Rec World Series tournament (dates are TBD) along with other opportunities.
